We offer 10 hours set per week fully guaranteed and paid, giving you steady, predictable income even if our family schedule changes. There is also potential for one extra day a week, which we will always request at least 48 hours in advance The heartbeat of this role is active childcare, gently managing nap times, feeding, and playing with our happy little girl. To make your day smooth and keep the baby 100% safe from vacuum cords or wet floors, a parent will always take over childcare for the final hour of your shift. This allows uninterrupted hour to focus strictly on light household chores (vacuuming, mopping, and keeping the common living spaces tidy).
